Twin Lakes Canal Company is an Idaho Corporation, dedicated to the diversion, storage, and delivery of irrigation water to farmers in Franklin County, Idaho. The company has been in operation for over 100 years and has over 230 shareholders. They and their families constitute a big part of the irrigated farm land in Franklin County. They are constantly making improvements to increase irrigation and farm yields. A three-member board of directors supervises the workers, and establishes policy for the company.

The company has water rights to Mink Creek, tributary to Bear River. The water is diverted and runs through a series of canals, tunnels, and inverted siphons, until it arrives at one of their three reservoirs: Twin Lakes, Condie, and Winder.

Twin Lakes Canal Company shareholders are proud of their heritage and are working hard to improve irrigation and crop success in this semi-arid region of Idaho.
